Please read and familiarize yourself with our company policies before signing up for any Private Sessions:

1. Package sessions are to be paid in full prior to the first session.

2. Students must provide 24 hours notice for all cancellations in order to receive a make-up session.

3. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for half of the cost of the hourly fee

4. In the event that your dog has a medical emergency a refund may be possible.

5. Purchased training packages are non-refundable.

6. Packages and pre-purchased sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

7. Failure to use purchased programs or sessions during the program period will lead to the forfeit of the remaining sessions.
